Pickup from a CareShop Store

Choose the CareShop store that suits you best and collect your order completely free of charge.

  • Free in-store pickup
  • Same-day pickup or within 5 business days
  • Available Monday – Saturday during store operating hours
  • You will be notified by phone or email once your order is ready

Orders remain available for pickup for up to 3 business days.

Courier Delivery within Greece

Orders are shipped throughout Greece via:

Shipping Cost

€3.50

Delivery Time

1–3 business days, depending on your area and the time your order is placed.

In many cases, delivery can be completed on the next business day.

Important Information

  • If you prefer a specific courier company, simply mention it in the order comments or contact us by phone.
  • The maximum parcel weight is 5 kg.

Shipping to Cyprus

Orders to Cyprus are shipped via Elta Courier.

Shipping Schedule

Shipments are sent once per week, every Thursday.
In case of a public holiday, shipments are dispatched earlier.

Delivery Time

7–9 business days from the shipping date.

Important Information

  • Shipments to Cyprus are available only for payments made by credit card or bank transfer.
  • Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 12:00 PM.
  • Returns are not accepted unless the issue is due to a company error.
  • The maximum parcel weight is 2.5 kg (21,33€).
